Refund Policy
Our Commitment
At Lumin Jewellery we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original Lumin gift packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage or have been resized are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return please email us at Hello@luminjewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 hour with return instructions.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately at Hello@luminjewellery.co.uk with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you including return postage.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this point your order may already be packed and dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
