Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
UK Delivery
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked. Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days from dispatch. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
UK delivery is free on all orders.
International Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. International orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered within 7–14 working days depending on destination. Full tracking is included on every international order.
Please note that customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Lumin Jewellery.
Packaging
Every order is dispatched in our signature Lumin gift box, wrapped with care and ready to gift straight out of the box.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us at Hello@luminjewellery.co.uk and we will investigate immediately. We reply within 1 hour.
